Dates for 2004-2005 NHS Meetings:
first Tuesday of each month, right after school

Induction Ceremony: Wednesday, November 3rd
in the PAC, starting at 7 p.m.
Service Requirements:
5 hours for the 2004-2005 year
Complete the Service Record and turn it in to Ms. Sandrock.
Please turn it in as soon as you complete the needed hours.
When you need to miss a meeting:
Please see Ms. Sandrock to let her know youll be out.
As a member, you are expected to attend these brief meetings and you are
required to attend the Induction Ceremony.
To remain a member you must:
Attend meetings and the Induction Ceremony
Participate in service projects (minimum five hours)
Maintain a 4.5 average on the weighted scale
Maintain a 90% discipline average for this year
