Dear Parent/Guardian,

Your child has elected to take skating as his/her physical education unit.  Students will walk to the ice arena during their scheduled physical education class.  Students will be required to follow class procedure set by the instructor and to follow the rules of the rink.

If your child is a beginner the policy at the rink is that beginners need to wear helmets.  Helmets are available at the rink.

The cost to skate is $2 per class.  If the student needs to rent skates there will be an additional $2 per class.  There will be a total of four classes.

This permission slip must be completed in full and turned into the PE teacher before skating.
