Fitness & Skills for a Lifetime

Students will learn a variety of lifetime sports as well as a
variety of health and fitness related concepts.

We teach sportsmanship and ethical behavior,
how to function as a member of a team,
and most importantly,
how to lead healthy lives in mind and body.

The freshman/sophomore program is designed for teaching the
fundamentals of all the activities as well as the conceptual
knowledge of rules, safety, sportsmanship and self-evaluation.
Written tests are a part of our curriculum as well.

The junior/senior curriculum allows students to choose between
several activities that are offered during a 4-5 class rotation.
Reading and writing activities will be included
throughout the semester.
