The new school year is coming, and we will be back! If you want your child to see the Vineyard Smiles dentist this year, please pay attention to this note:

This fall we will be at the High School on November 15, 16, 29 and 30. So, we need completed registration forms by November 1.

• VINEYARD SMILES is for children who have MassHealth or the Children’s Medical Security Plan (CMSP) for their health insurance.

• If you want your child to see the VINEYARD SMILES dentist, we will need a new registration form for the new school year.  The new form will be on the school website this summer: www.mvrhs.org (school nurse section), at the nurse’s office, or on our website at vineyardhealthaccess.org
