Prerequisite: Recommendation of Special Education Team, and parental approval as indicated in the Individual Educational Plan.
The Support Service Team, with parental agreement, determines the focus of the resource class for each participant. Individual students' particular educational needs are taken into consideration. Services may include the teaching of learning, study and test-taking strategies; reinforcement of content from mainstream classes; reinforcement of organizational skills; classroom accommodations, and other basic skill remediation services.
