Week of September 10th
Introducing your classmates! We will brainstorm questions to ask. You will break into pairs to interview each other. Then you will write your introduction in a paragraph and present it to the class. Just think what interesting information we might learn about one another!!
A Summer Lesson
This first writing assignment of the year is a personal, reflective essay. You are to think back on the events of the summer, and choose one lesson you learned about yourself, relationships, work, fun, miracles or disasters, growing up, or just life in general. Describe your experience and what you learned as a result of it. Your rough draft will be due next class..
