2. Create all your folders and files (you can add more later).

One method that allows the efficient construction of the site is to create a skeleton of folders with matching html files inside. For example a folder titled golgi would have a folder called golgi.html

At this point nothing would be linked and you would not have any images in your site.

NOTE: this picture is from later in the site consrtruction process and has processed cell images added to the folders. And for those of you with really sharp eyes, centriole.html is in the wrong folder.
