Repeating fields are created from the "Define Fields" menu. As you create a field click on the Options button. Click the tab on the right, titled Storage. Check the Repeating Fields button and type in how many times the field should repeat.

Sometimes the field will appear on a new layout with only one repetition. To see the rest of the repetitions, highlight the field while in layout mode. Go to the Format menu and choose Format Field. Type in how many repetitions you wish.
