Michael McCarthy: Former University of Connecticut wide receiver, tight end, and defensive coach for six years. Played defensive back at UCONN where his team won three Yankee Conference Championships in his four years. He was named All-Scholastic/All Yankee Conference his senior year. Currently, he is director of guidance at the Marthas Vineyard Regional High School in Massachusetts and volunteer assistant football coach.
Donald Herman: Has been a high school football coach and physical education teacher for over 20 years. Since 1988 Donald Herman has been the head football coach at Marthas Vineyard Regional High School, where his teams have won five state championships since 1991 and were Massachusetts state finalists in 2000 and 2001. His most recent Super Bowl Championship came in 2003. Coach Herman has been named the Cape Cod Times Coach of the Year five times. He was a head coach for three years at Johnson High School in Savannah, Georgia, prior to becoming the Vineyards head coach.
Bill Belcher: Has coached at the Marthas Vineyard Regional High School since 1991, and has served as assistant head football coach since 1998. As defensive coordinator, he helped the team tearn earn four Mayflower League championships and two Super Bowl championships.
